You’re probably wondering your daily horoscope or maybe want to learn how to read your chart a little bit better and understand astrology more fluidly. Well, I went ahead and did all the work for you. I downloaded all these apps and try them all out to tell you the best horoscope apps out there.
Top 10 Best Horoscope Apps or Astrology Apps
So regardless of what platform you use, there are apps out there for you. And be sure to read to the end, because I’m going to share a couple of apps that I found. They’re more astronomy-related, but they are really fun and they teach you a lot more about our universe and different ways to see it. With that being said, let’s go ahead and jump straight into the list of best horoscope apps.
1. Time Passages
So the first app, I want to talk about is Time Passages. It is an absolute staple for astrologers. Time Passages show you where the sun and the moon are and let you know if the moon is void. Honestly, every app has a different calculation on how they do the morning. Strictly, there’s in the moon always seems to be void of course on Time Passages. But that’s just my opinions, but you can also pull up the current chart for wherever you are.
So if you’re doing astrology, this really helps out or if some event happens. You can just pull up and see what’s going on and what transits were hitting you at that moment.
Another cool feature is that it really goes into a deep description of your birth chart. If you go to the settings, it shows your chart. It tells you all about that, where the degrees and the minutes are. It’ll give you descriptions. But what else is really cool is it goes into the aspects. It’ll let you know what aspects you have in your chart.
This app makes it really easy to learn the aspects. It does have a daily horoscope. It’s really fun. The app has a free version and a paid version. The paid version unlocks a lot of other things. The only drawback I found is that, you can’t move a day, an hour, minute on Time Passages. It is a fixed chart, you can only refresh it for whatever moment that you want to pull up a chart for.

2. Astra Gold
The next app, I want to talk about is Astra Gold. This app costs $40. That sounds ridiculous. But so many people were like Cameron, you’ve got to get Astra Gold. It’s so amazing, and worth the $40. What’s great about this app is that we can pull up any chart that we want.
Whether it’s a birth chart, a chart for the moment, we can move this as much as we want to. So if we want to cast the chart, we can move a couple of minutes, hours and see what the charts will look like.
Astra Gold allows users to try many different combinations to be able to move a chart. This makes it handy and lets you save a ton of charts within the app. So you don’t always have to put in someone’s data. You can just pull it up and it lets you choose what your display points are.
Astra also has custom settings where you can change the zodiac, house system and lunar mode. But one thing, Astra Gold does not provide a daily horoscope. Though, it is amazing and the best thing that you can get.

3. Charts
Charts got a cool little flame, emoji looking thing. What I really like about this app is it’s really handy for beginners. It does birth charts. It has the full circle chart. It does daily horoscopes, it looks super clean with a very simple layout. And what we really like about it is when you go to your profile and look at your chart. It will show you a really easy layout to understand how transiting astrology is affecting you. Charts make astrology a lot easier to digest and really easy to apply aspects in your personal life.
Charts literally have everything you could want for a beginner, it’s like Time Passages, but not as complicated. Because Time Passages can get a little complicated. Charts is super easy to use, smooth and efficient. Unfortunately, Charts is currently available only on iOS.

Sanctuary is a daily horoscope app, where you can actually talk to live astrologers. It goes into the meaning of your moon and it keeps you reading. It’s a very engaging app, but it is really handy for people who are just learning. This app is useful, especially if you want to talk to astrologer and not get a full reading, just be able to message someone right within the app. These are actual astrologers. So I definitely would recommend this if this is what you’re looking for.

The main features are daily horoscope for all the 12 zodiac signs. A charm created each day in the form of emoji for your sign. The app will let you know when the time comes to use it. A daily dose of astrology in pop culture, history and many more.

The pattern is really popular right now along with Costar. The Pattern is interesting and it takes astrology out of astrology. The app gives you updates about your personality and quotes your pattern. It is really cool, it tells you what is going on for you and when. And it also tells you about your timing and how long. Including things like fears and surrender.
This app does bring a lot more psychological aspect into it. Unlike the above-mentioned apps, this app doesn’t have charts. The cool thing is that it shows how your future will be like. Which is really cool, it just shows you a little bit more how the planets move. It’s kind of nifty, then it tells you to swipe up and gives you a little bit more description of what’s going on.
Apart from personal emotional cycles, it also gives information about World Timings that is affecting all of us collectively. 8. MOON – Current Moon Phase
What I love about Moon is that it doesn’t really do anything. It shows you a graphic of what the moon would look like when you swipe the moon over. The app lets you view the current moon phase or what the moon will look like on a certain date, see countdowns to moon events, receive notifications with enough time to avoid unpleasantness. It works offline with beautiful animated and layered spacescape.
