2. On the Account Recovery page, Select an ID type, your WeChat ID, Phone Number, Email or QQ ID whatever ID you wish to use. It is recommended that you use the Phone number.
3. Below the ID Type Select your country and enter your mobile phone. Your Verification Code will be sent to this number, please make sure that you enter your phone number associated with WeChat account.
4. Enter the Captcha and press on the “Send Verification Code” button.
5. Once you received, get the verification code to enter the code in the space provided.

Contact WeChat Support Centre

If all fails, contacting the Support Centre is the best option for you. Go to WeChat Support Page and look for Help Centre or Feedback. Once you are on the feedback page, there are a few options or fields you need to fill up.

1. Select the platform or operating system you use.
2. Select Categories, select Inquiry.
3. Date of Occurrence, select the date when your account was blocked.
4. On the Description, tell your account has been blocked, request them to unlock your account.
