Headspace App: Guided Meditation & Mindfulness Reviews
Some of the honest reviews and feedback from Headspace: Guided Meditation & Mindfulness app users;
Riley: I’ve tried books, classes, and other forms of learning meditation to treat my general anxiety disorder. This so far has worked the best! Walks me through steps while I’m meditating so I’m not having to overthink the experience. Fun little animations to explain concepts of the mind, very useful and helpful.
I would definitely recommend to someone looking to become more mindful, or has struggled with mindfulness like me. Subscription is equivalent in price to antivirus software, a solid investment. Highly recommended, it is the best meditation apps.
Ana: I really love this app I have used this every night for over 3 months and I have noticed a big difference in my stress levels anger and sleep! There is a heap of different topics to focus on which is great I love the variety and plan on doing almost all of them 🙂 There are 10 days free which you can try out so what’s stopping you.
Adia: Love it!! I never thought meditation is something that I can do as I always have a problem focusing on one thing at a time, always a wandering mind. But this app not only helped me focus but also made me calmer. Now, every time I feel like I’m lost and stressed, I turn to the app and perform a short meditation guided by it.
James: Very helpful meditation and mindfulness app that can take on so many forms, and I feel like this takes the core basics and uses only what is necessary. I may move on to other types of meditation, but having a SIMPLE course, options of 3, 5 or 10 minutes each time is great. I will note that only 1 “basics” course is free (out of 3 total) and countless other “packs” of guided and other meditation.
All of this is included with the 8-12$/month subscription. I honestly think the 3 basics should be free, I’m halfway through the one you get free (10 days each basics exercise), and I honestly think that’s not enough to set a REAL routine which is the only way.
Katy: Really love this app, it helped me explore emotions and deal with situations that used to make me angry. It’s even better since its new look as there are more packs to choose from and you can tailor your experience.
For my situation right now the only pack missing is one for bereavement, perhaps this will be in the pipeline at some point. I still love it enough to give 5 stars. I also read Facebook articles and blogs and find them very helpful for tips beyond mindfulness.
Nelson: This has become my most cherished app. I’m more productive and less stressed than I was before. It’s hard to put into words how much-guided meditation and this app, in particular, has affected me.
Sean: I loved this app! It made me calm and not be much of a hot-headed person, it was so relaxing and always tried it if it’s raining so it is more relaxing and soothing. Thank you headspace this was the BEST meditation I ever tried in my whole life! It’s the best meditation apps.
Hadrien: Really good app. I was never too convinced by meditation, I read a book about it and it seemed quite complicated but this meditation app makes it easy and (almost) effortless. I got the year subscription and would definitely recommend it!
Katie: I love the guided meditations from this meditation app. My day off with one and feel more centered each day afterward. It’s a nice convenient time out when I’m feeling stressed or have time to kill. Love it!
Erika: This makes peace in the mind accessible to everyone, everywhere. Try the free version and see if it doesn’t help you to help yourself. I bought the annual subscription, and the Kids exercises are perfect for my grandsons, and the Pain set is helping me live with off/on osteoarthritis hip pain. My BP is also no longer elevated, thanks to the Foundation exercises.

Works very well on Note 3. There are new meditations and features very regularly so it’s always interesting. Love it! The sleep music is a great addition, but it could use a sleep timer.

It is beyond worth it! I honestly have no complaints. I guess maybe one suggestion is that a journal feature may be a nice addition. I love bringing what I learn into my everyday journal, though. I’ve also started a second meditation journal just so I can document and expand on what I learn. This app is seriously like having a meditation studio in your pocket.
Jolanta: I really loved it. I just don’t like that it doesn’t close easily. I need to go to the settings and apps and force stop it to close it. A fix would be helpful. Thanks so much to the team. I can finally meditate.
It was difficult for me to start and I was looking for guided meditations that would keep me going. I found it in Calm. I love the quotes feature, the many different scenarios, the guidance. Well done! Best mindfulness app to help you overcome your stress.
Rachel: A friend suggested this app. I brought one month to try it out first, as the free version gives you snippets of each meditational guide. So far I love this app. The layout is easy on the eye and simple. Easy to navigate as well. Tamara’s voice is soothing and at a slow and steady pace. There is a lot of variety of meditational themes to choose from.
There is a lot of time and thought put into this app. When I’m feeling stressful, angry or just having one of those days, this app just helps to be in the present moment. I also enjoy the featured specials. I highly recommend this app. Once my month one is over I will purchase the yearly. Best meditation apps, try now.
Wendy: I bought this app for me. Within a few days, my kids were asking to use the app too. We are a busy family with kids on the autism spectrum and anxiety issues. The Calm app is helping us to stop, meditate and turn off those busy brains. So far, it’s been a huge help, possibly life changing-good. No doubt, it is the best meditation apps.
Mesak: I look forward to listening to my favorite sleep stories every night. It puts me to sleep quickly and in a good mood. I don’t know what I would do without this app. It has calmed my anxiety a lot. I know 60 bucks a year seems like a lot but it is so worth it. Highly recommended.

Stop Breathe & Think: Meditate App Reviews
Here we give you some user reviews on Stop Breathe & Think: Meditate app.
Hannah: I love this app. It’s easy to use, it has a wide variety of effective meditation sequences, and keeps track of your check-ins, meditations, and progress to give you a real feeling of accomplishment. Support is great too. I had to delete the app to make room on my phone, and when I logged back in my progress and the packages I purchased were gone. So I emailed them and they got right back to me and fixed everything.
I highly recommend this app over all others for those looking to relax, gain perspective, and improve their wellness.
Deborah: I absolutely love this app. It’s actually my current favorite app. I use it several times a day and I appreciate the fact that it is connected to the achievement app web as well. So seasonally I’m making money by using it! In the long run that is.
As long as they have everything shipshape on their end connecting correctly with an achievement that is. My cats love nature sounds one. It could be longer than 3 minutes 11 seconds. Meditating with this app and my family is the bomb. Let me tell you this one is the best meditation apps.
Jessica: Easy to use and wonderful! I have depression and anxiety, so when I am having a bad day or can’t fall asleep I check-in, add my emotions and then submit them. Then the app suggests what would be best for how I’m feeling.
You can even pick how long to do it! It is guided and very helpful. So if I get to worked up about something, I move away from my desk and take five minutes to clear my head! It is just wonderful! One of the best mindfulness app.
Samantha: Truly wonderful Absolutely helps me deal with my chronic anxiety. The meditations are the best I’ve found for me and I keep coming back. My only wish is that I could queue up multiple favorites to play back to back for those times I want longer form meditations, without having to stop and fiddle with my phone between.
Tahla: One of the most fascinating apps I’ve used. The key for me is adding the different emotions you are feeling before you start and after. You get a sense of self-awareness and emotional intelligence. It’s powerful to begin meditation like that.
Once complete you choose again the emotions you now feel. And if you take a moment you will realize how much this helps put your mind at peace. Great idea great app and the best meditation apps so far.

Chakra Meditation App Reviews
Below are some of the reviews and comments on Chakra Meditation App by users;
Mina: So I picked up this app out of recent interest in chakras, and recently tried opening my 3rd eye/brow chakra with binaural beats enabled. I don’t know if it’s working or not, but after 10 minutes, I definitely felt a tingling, a pulsing, and a cooling sensation between my eyebrows.
I tried the crown and heart chakra tantras also for 10 minutes and got similar results. I could actually feel my heartbeat afterward when that usually only happened after intense exercise!
Rakesh: This app is good for me to enhance my chakras, but we the soul have 16 power sources in us but out of which, only 7 courses enhance our 7 chakras during meditation.
Lynette: I think that this application (app) is great for beginners as I am one. I find this relaxing and releasing tension and stresses in the body & outside life stresses.
Soumya: For the people who are interested to connect to spirituality, those beliefs in chakras, I would recommend this app for them. It’s a nice meditation app. No doubt, one of the best mindfulness apps.
Katie: I love how straightforward and informative this app is. The only thing I would add would be a guided meditation for a full chakra cleansing and/or guided meditations with each chakra.
Raj: For the help of this app my body chakras are balanced, the app keeps me on deep silence peace and my body and mind flow with pure universal energy.
Bao: Great App, I tried a lot of other apps and this one really gives you options for customizing to your liking. I would like to know if there’s a way to set each Chakara frequency to play along before it changes to the next Chakara. Again, great app!
Dolan: Top app!! I love it so much! I use it everywhere, walking, shopping school runs and I can keep it on while sleeping, so great it plays in the background so my partner doesn’t whine. Finally, a great app does exactly what I want and need.
Dean: Nice app I am a Naruto fan and I thought chakra was real. So then I looked up this app and used it. And now I know chakra is real. I opened my 4th chakra. My spirit animal was a tailed fox.
